Blue Turtle launches Managed Service Platform for Enterprise Monitoring

In a major move, Blue Turtle Technologies has announced the launch of an MSP offering that enables customers to monitor their hybrid IT infrastructure – datacentre, network, or any cloud provider – easily, automatically and via a ‘single-pane-of-glass’.


The Blue Turtle MSP platform is based on the LogicMonitor solution, a market leader in enterprise monitoring. The service automatically discovers, intelligently queries and begins monitoring virtually all data centre, network and cloud resources.  The cloud-based solution, available through Blue Turtle, is billed as a monthly service, and does not require the installation of agents or extensive admin to keep it running.


“This MSP solution allows customers, or Blue Turtle on their behalf, to monitor their infrastructure, real-time via a world-class SaaS platform.  They can track usage, the health of their system, capacity, and a range of other metrics to greatly aid in problem resolution, pro-active problem prevention, and IT service quality,” says Andrew Parsons, Solution Specialist at Blue Turtle “In addition they ‘pay-as-they-growth’, so no more large upfront investments or ever growing maintenance charges”.


The service delivers seamless monitoring across all platforms and environments, whether they are cloud based, hosted or on-premise, straight out of the box. On top of this customers can take advantage of automated correlation, root cause analysis, log management, and capacity management functions.
