Job Description:

The Executive Assistant to the Directors is focused on the sales team in defining and executing sales excellence, through tangible and measurable interventions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and attend to meeting logistics.
  2. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders telephonically, in person and in writing through the drafting of letters, memorandums, reports, and emails
  3. Coordinate travel and accommodation
  4. Facilitate logistical arrangements for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
  5. Provide administrative services and take minutes for various meetings when required
  6. Follow up and liaise with the relevant stakeholder’s direct reports on strategic and operational matters
  7. Assist in managing EXCO and Board Member communications and meetings
  8. Draw up relevant documents in preparation for meetings and engagements
  9. Assist with the preparation of Board Packs and various presentations
  10. Ensure proper document management.
  11. Act as an ambassador, gatekeeper and point of contact for the Directors at all times, dealing with all matters efficiently, sensitivity and reliably
  12. In addition to these typical duties, the Executive Assistant may perform other duties assigned and required.

Education and Experience:

  1. Previous experience handling confidential information
  2. 8 -10 years’ relevant experience, preferably as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive of an established company
  3. Excellent MS Office, with advanced Excel
